Talk about some serious currency.
Millions of coins spilled on a road in Texas this week after a dollar 800,000 tractor-remedy was wound in an accident, according to authorities.
The spill led to the closing of a part of the southern lanes -east of us 287 in Alvord for about half a day, while the workers put themselves in their hands and knees to collect coins as well as use brooms and shovels and large industrial vacuum cleansers.
The Tractor-Remolc was shot by it at 5.30 pm on Tuesday after turning off the road and overcorrection, according to the Texas Public Safety Department. The road was reopened at around 7pm that day, said DPS.
DPS said that the driver and a passenger were transported to a hospital with wounds that were not threatening life.
Alvord is about 80 kilometers (130 kilometers) to the north -west of Dallas.
The tractor-remolc seems to be part of the Western Distributing Transport Corporation truck fleet, which has a division that moves the government’s load into armored vehicles with armed staff. A person responding to the phone on Thursday said they had no comment.
The MINT of the United States says to its website that it is the only legal coins maker in the country. A message he left with the agency on Thursday did not return immediately.
