Migrants in the United Kingdom should wait longer before they could request that their residence be permanent in the plans that the Government was made as part of a repression of foreigners who came to work in Britain.

The measure to make it more difficult for some migrants to apply for an indefinite permit to stay in their home office immigration White book, an imminent package of reforms aimed at limiting arrivals, according to people who know the subject.
