Pacific Crest Services receives Investment from Long Ridge

Pacific Crest Services, a platform that offers independent insurance agents, has achieved a minority investment in Long Ridge Equity Partners, a private capital company.

The financial terms of the transaction are maintained not disclosed.

The investment will support PCS technology, business development, geographical expansion and capital solution areas.

The PC will retain their current management structure, without changes provided for in their daily operations.

Founded in 2008 by Shawn Webb and Jason Webb, PCS serves more than 250 independent agencies from 36 North -American States and collaborates with more than 250 operators.

The platform provides agents tools such as access to main carriers, training, office support, technology and compliance resources to improve the provision of services to customers and agents. “

Wiggin and Dana provided legal advice for computers, while Choate, Hall and Stewart advised Long Ridge Equity members.

Evolve Capital acted as an exclusive financial advisor to the PC.
