Optimum has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud to introduce a smart and promoted customer service through AI generative technology.
The association aims to create a smart and personalized customer experience through web interactions, mobile applications, call centers and face -to -face kiosks.
As part of the multi -year agreement, Optimum will implement the generative tools of Google Cloud, including the Commitment Suite with customers, the Vertex Ai platform and the Gemini models.
The goal is to develop a more personalized and sensitive customer service system, said Optimum.
The central aspect of the initiative is the development of human -centered tools through the generative technology of Google Cloud and the Virtual Ai Agent of Optimum, AVA.
These tools are aimed at helping customer service representatives offering real -time support and relevant suggestions.
Optimum hopes that the integration of the AI of Google Cloud will help meet the client’s needs through an automatically updated knowledge base.
Customers are also expected to benefit from perfect interactions in various channels.
Technology will support the continuation of conversations through platforms such as websites, messaging applications and social networks, even for several days, with the next best actions, Optimum added.
In addition, the new tools will provide analytical information to identify areas for the improvement of the service and improve the understanding of customer behaviors.
