Doordash has agreed to buy a Food Delivery Company from the United Kingdom in a £ 2.9 million agreement, marking the last London group to take over a United States rival.

DOORDASH, based in San Francisco, said he would pay a cash action for Deliveryoo, who has fought as a public company after listing London to a large fanfare four years ago.

Deliveryoo, which operates a food delivery application to nine countries, has faced the intensification of Uber Eats’ competition and has only reported its first full annual benefit in March.

DOORDASH OPERATIONS are focused on the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and do not overlap with those of Deliveryoo, founded by Will Shu in 2013.

Tony Xu, Doordash’s CEO and co -founder, said: “The extended group will gather the strong DOORDASH Operational Games Book with Deliveryo’s local experience to invest in innovation and execution at an even higher level.”
