Amazon Robotics announced the launch of Vulcan, a robotic arm that is the first of the company to have a sense of touch, after a three -year development process that supported the experience of Stanford, MIT and Jet Propulsion Lab specialists.

The ARM robot has already debuted at the Amazon compliance center in Spokane, Washington, while a robot in Hamburg, Germany, is trying the vulcan ability to choose specific items from an inventory.
