The Business Advisory and Accounting Firm based in the United States, Aprio, has acquired SND Partners, an accounting company in the area of ​​San Francisco Bay.

SND Partners specializes in credit audits for affordable housing tax and housing development audits and urban development.

The financial terms of the agreement have not been revealed.

Founded in 1989, SND Partners was created in response to the 1986 Fiscal Reform Law and has since provided auditing and fiscal services to a diverse customer base in the real estate and community development sectors.

The firm, which has a presence in the north and south of California, as well as in Hawaii, serves for profit and non -profit organizations through the real estate development and community development sectors.
