Joe covers the communication services sector and the actions of software technology selected for Argus. In 2010, he was appointed #5 Stock Picker for the Best Telecommunications Services of the Wall Street Journalist analyst. In 2008, Joe was appointed Number 1 of Stock Picker for the media: USA by The Financial Times and was second for the best survey of Wall Street Journal in The Street Analyst Survey for Telecommunications: Fix Line. For more than a decade, Joe worked with Technicolor Inc., where he focused on financial and legal issues. He received his master’s degree in Business Administration from New York Fordham University, where he focused on finance. He received a degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and spent three years with the Peace Corps in Talgar, Kazakhstan, developing a resource center in English and students teaching students. Joe is a CFA charter.
