Nelipak, a provider of sanitary packaged solutions, has presented plans to build a new production place in Greece, Alajuela, Costa Rica.
After being active in Costa Rica since 2012, Nelipak has been providing thermoformized trays and assembly cards cut in the matrix.
The new facility is expected to begin operations in mid -2016, supporting customer growth in the country and the largest region.
The next place will include an industrial building of 60,000 feet of class A, built on Nelipak specifications by Portafolio Inmobiliario.

The new packaging production facility will be an international organization for the 13485 certified standard (ISO) and will have a space for the manufacture of net ISO-7 network certified to guarantee high quality production standards.
The production capabilities of the new facility will include a thin caliber thermoformation for medical devices and blisters, as well as a heavy caliber thermoformation for deep tubs and trays.
In addition, there will be cards and insertions cut off on the site.
The installation will offer an expanded storage space to support the local distribution of the range of Nelipak’s flexible health package products.
In addition, the site is designed to allow the future expansion to meet increasing capacity and capacity requirements.
