North -American technological futures increase despite Apple, Amazon Precaution of Rates

Futures linked to Nasdaq 100 technology increased on Friday after Apple and Amazon.com published strong quarterly results, although Swissquote Bank’s Icek Ozkardeskaya said that companies sounded cautious in rates.

The E-Mini Nasdaq future contract increased by 0.3% on Friday. Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook, said that the impact of rates in June, assuming that existing policies would remain in place, would add $ 900 million to Apple’s costs. Amazon reported strong quarterly results that were not affected by new rates for Chinese imports, but taxes diminished the company’s perspectives.
